  • Do you charge transaction fees?

    No! We don't charge transaction fees for your online store.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards(Visa & Mastercard), Paypal, Paydollar, Alipay ect...

  • Can I use my own domain name?

    You can. If you already have a domain name, we’ll help you set it up to use with your webite site.

  • Can I upgrade between plans?

    We’d love you to! Upgrading is quick and easy: just pay the extra charge!

  • Do you have any contracts?

    No. There are no contracts to sign. You only have to give us more than 7 days notice if you wish to cancel and avoid another yearly charge on your account.

  • Does my online store include email accounts?

    Your store includes email accounts. Isn’t that nice? You can create them from the Tools -> Email Accounts menu in your hosting's control panel.

  • Are there any contracts to sign?

    Never. Payments are made year by year, and you can cancel at any time. If you do, we will stop billing you immediately. We're all about choice — if you don't like Megagento, we won't force you to stay.

  • Do you sell SSL certificates?

    We do. You can purchase an SSL certificate from us.

  • What help will you give me setting up my store?

    We have a comprehensive reference manual that takes you through the main things you’ll need to do to get your store up and running and an online knowledgebase with over 200 relevant questions and answers. We add to these as customers ask us questions on a day-to-day basis. For questions you cannot answer via the knoweldgebase and manual, we have an email based support team of real people in Hong Kong who can answer your specific questions every day of the week, every day of the year.
